This soothing hydrogel mask features a two-piece design that adheres snugly and comfortably to your skin while helping to enhance penetration of powerhouse youth-renewing ingredients like smoothing Copper Peptides, calming and brightening Adenosine and skin-softening Collagen.
How to use: Begin with clean, dry skin and gently unfold the neck and décolleté portions of the mask. Apply the smaller piece (neck mask) snugly to the neck area and the larger piece (décolleté mask) to the upper chest and collarbone area. Gently smooth out the mask with your hands and allow to sit for 5 minutes (or longer, if desired). Discard biodegradable masks after use and massage remaining serum into skin.

Shipping
Online purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If ordered on the weekend the order will be shipped out on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. If an item does not have all tags attached or has signs of wear or wash, we will not be able to accept the return.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return or exchange the item.
Online purchases can be returned at our Prosper location, or through a carrier of your choosing. We are not able to refund any shipping charges and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If sending your return through the mail, please ship the item to the following address: 113 W Broadway St, Prosper, TX 75078.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3-5 days. We will then reach out to the email address used to place the order to update you on the status of your return.

Damaged & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find that you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at support@dawsonandclaire.com. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to resolve the issue.
