SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping

Online purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If ordered on the weekend the order will be shipped out on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. If an item does not have all tags attached or has signs of wear or wash, we will not be able to accept the return.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return or exchange the item.

Online purchases can be returned at our Prosper location, or through a carrier of your choosing. We are not able to refund any shipping charges and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If sending your return through the mail, please ship the item to the following address: 113 W Broadway St, Prosper, TX 75078.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3-5 days. We will then reach out to the email address used to place the order to update you on the status of your return.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find that you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order at support@dawsonandclaire.com. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refunds

If approved, a refund will appear on the original form of payment within 10 business days depending on the financial institution associated with your payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@dawsonandclaire.com.
